2. BOOKING APPOINTMENT & RESCHEDULE POLICY

STRICT AND ENFORCED 72 HOURS (3-Days In Advanced) RESCHEDULE POLICY, booking fee is required to secure your appointment time, strictly non-refundable, can only be reschedule once.

Reschedule Policy - Your appointment are very important to us, it is reserved especially for you. Therefore we respectfully request at least 72 hours notice for reschedule, otherwise 50% booking fee will be forfeited, another 50% will be reserved for your next visit within 30 days of your original appointment date. NO SHOW will be charged 100% of the booking fee. *Strictly Non-Refundable. This policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone. *MimosaSalon policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clientele. Thank you for viewing and supporting our policies criteria.

Disclaimer - We would like to remind you that in order to achieve your desired hairstyle without compromising your hair condition, process which usually takes months therefore please expect to be at the salon for minimum 3.5 hours during your appointment. Please expect longer hours if you're doing Colour Correction/Mixed-Perm. As well, due to the process length, you will see 1 or more assistants during this time that will help to prep your hair. These assistants are highly trained and overseen by Mimosa’s Team during your entire process. Individual results may vary, we reserve the right to refuse.

3. PRODUCT REFUNDS / SERVICES REDO/ SERVICES DISCLAIMERS / REFUND POLICY

Products - No refund & No exchange.

Services - If you’re not satisfied with the services you have received, please notify us immediately prior to leaving. We would like the opportunity to fix the service prior to your departure from the salon. We do not offer refunds on services.

By proceeding to the appointment, clients give permission to *MimosaSalon to perform the procedure they have discussed and will hold MIMOSA SALON PTE LTD including its directors and employees harmless for any future appointment from liability that may results from the treatment.

CHILDREN

To ensure the safety of everyone in the salon, we ask that if you must bring your children to your appointment, children must be supervised at all times by their parents, our stylist/salon have no responsibilities in terms of the welfare of the child safety. *MimosaSalon cannot be held liable for the supervision of child in the salon nor parental injuries or damage.

ALLERGIC REACTION

Please inform stylist / technician / staff member of any allergies or sensitives to any products. *MimosaSalon cannot be held liable if the process has unexpected or undesired results due to known/unknown factors.

HEAD LICE

It is against *MimosaSalon policy to perform services on clients with head lice. If a client has been diagnosed with head lice while receiving a service in the salon we would not be able to complete the service the same day. We would be able to complete the service within 48 hours from your actual appointment time, once the removal of head lice treatment completed at the end of client.

CONFIRMATION EMAILS

As a courtesy, we will EMAIL you to confirm your service appointments prior to your appointment date. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.

RIGHT TO REFUSE / PERMISSIONS

*MimosaSalon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behaviour to any member of our staff.

All of information above: Full permission granted to *MimosaSalon to perform the procedure we have discussed and will hold *MimosaSalon harmless for any future appointment from any liability that may results from the treatment.
